Job Description

We are hiring Membership Sales Executives to promote and sell membership plans to prospective customers through telephonic interactions.

This role is ideal for candidates with experience in Telesales, Insurance Sales, Credit Card Sales, Loan Sales, or Outbound Sales. Freshers with excellent communication and convincing skills are also welcome to apply.

Eligibility

• 12th Pass / Any Graduate


• Experience in Telesales, Insurance Sales, Credit Card Sales, Loan Sales, or Customer Sales preferred


• English Kannada or Telugu speaking candidates required


• Good communication and convincing skills

Roles & Responsibilities

Target Structure

One of the key advantages of this role is the simple and achievable sales target structure:

• First 3 Months (OJT Period): Only 1 sale per month


• Up to 1 Year: Only 2 sales per month
