Job summary

Hoymiles in Ludhiana seeks an experienced sales professional to develop and execute local sales strategies for utility-scale battery energy storage systems in India, aiming to hit annual sales and project targets.

You will build long-term partnerships with power developers, EPCs, funds, utilities, and distributors, lead commercial communication, quotations, and contract negotiations, and monitor market trends for strategy optimization.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional sales experience in India energy storage, renewable energy, power system or EPC industry.
• Local Indian candidate or candidate with stable residence and mature local industry resources in India.
• Familiar with India’s power market rules, energy storage project development process, and local customer ecosystem.
• Proven track record of project development, client development, or deal closing in the energy sector.
• Excellent negotiation, business development, and cross-team communication skills; result-oriented and capable of working independently.
