Job summary
Manpowergroup Services India in Bengaluru is seeking a Sales Manager / Sr. Sales Manager with deep expertise in Test & Measurement solutions and a proven track record in B2B technical sales.
The candidate should have 15+ years of B2B sales experience, 5+ years in leadership, and experience with leading T&M brands. Travel as required and strong English communication are essential.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of B2B sales experience in Test & Measurement solutions.
- 5+ years in a Sales Leadership role.
- Experience with leading T&M brands such as Tektronix, Keysight, Chroma, R&S, Yokogawa or Hioki.
- Strong knowledge of Oscilloscopes, Programmable Power Supplies, DMMs, Power Analyzers & Electronic Test Equipment.
- Experience managing and mentoring 2–4 Sales Engineers.
- Strong exposure to lead generation, account development, negotiations and deal closure.
- Ability to conduct preliminary technical discussions with customers.
- Experience in Automotive/EV, Aerospace, ISRO, Defence, Data Centres or Renewable Energy will be highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English + local language(s).
- Willingness to travel as required.
