Job summary

Adecco is seeking a Sales Manager – Motor Testing & Automotive Industry for a client in Bangalore. You will drive sales growth and business development across India, building relationships with automotive and industrial customers and leading the sales team to achieve targets.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in sales management in engineering/industrial sectors, deep motor testing experience, capital/technical sales proficiency, and willingness to travel nationwide with periodic trips abroad.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Sales Management experience in Engineering/Industrial sector.
• Mandatory experience in Motor Testing / Motor Test Systems.
• Mandatory Automotive Industry experience.
• Proven experience in Capital Sales / Technical Sales.
• Strong leadership, negotiation & business development skills.
• Proven P&L management experience.
• Willingness to travel extensively across India, with periodic travel to Switzerland & USA.
• Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
