• DSA network management: identify, onboard, and build relationships with DSAs and channel partners to generate loan leads.
• Sales target execution: plan and execute monthly and quarterly strategies to meet branch and regional targets.
• Loan journey coordination: guide customers through the loan lifecycle from application to disbursement.
• Cross-functional collaboration: coordinate with credit, legal, technical and operations to ensure smooth delivery.
• Portfolio health and compliance: ensure quality sourcing, proper documentation, and policy adherence.
• Market monitoring: track competitors, run promotions, and manage MIS reporting.

Job Description: A Sales Manager for Personal/Unsecured Loans (and related business/retail lending channels) manages Direct Selling Agent (DSA) networks to drive loan sourcing, acquisition, and portfolio growth.

Key Responsibilities

• DSA Network Management: Identify, onboard, and build strong relationships with new and existing DSAs, connectors, and channel partners to generate continuous loan leads.
• Sales Target Execution: Plan and execute monthly and quarterly sales strategies to achieve or overachieve branch and regional targets.
• Loan Journey Coordination: Guide customers and channel partners through the entire loan lifecycle—from preliminary financial assessment and application logging to sanction and disbursement.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Credit, Legal, Technical, and Operations teams to maintain optimum Turnaround Time (TAT) and smooth service delivery.
• Portfolio Health & Compliance: Ensure quality sourcing, proper documentation, and adherence to company policies and risk parameters.
• Market Monitoring: Track competitor practices, conduct promotional activities, and handle Management Information System (MIS) reporting.
