Job summary

SkillLabs in India seeks an experienced Channel-DSA professional to source personal loan cases, onboard and manage channel partners, and meet sales targets. You will collaborate with the credit team to resolve login, sanctioning, and disbursement queries and drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.

The role requires 3-4 years in channel-based personal loan sales, with strong communication and customer-handling skills to ensure smooth processes with partners and clients.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing personal loan cases via channel partners.
• Onboard and manage new channel partners.
• Achieve defined sales revenue targets.
• Coordinate with credit team for login, sanctioning and disbursement queries.
• Ensure periodic achievement of customer acquisition and revenue targets.
• Collaborate with credit policy and operations for smooth disbursement.
• Resolve customer queries related to sanctioning and disbursement.
• Address operations and audit queries for disbursements.

• Manage & Onboard new channel partner
• Achieve the sales revenue target allocated for the defined period.
• Coordinating with credit team for solving the queries of Login, Sanctioning & Disbursement.
• Responsible for periodic achievement of the customer acquisition & revenue targets.
• Working as a team in co-ordinations with Credit Policy & operations for better functioning of the system.
• Solving customer queries to help proper functioning of sanctioning & disbursement.
• Solving Operations & Audit queries for disbursements.
