Credit Saison India is seeking an experienced Sales Manager – Personal Loans to drive high-ticket disbursements in Mumbai. The role requires hands-on ownership of the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to document collection.

You will target 2L–15L ticket sizes, build DSAs and channel networks, and close high-interest rate PL products with a results-driven mindset. Strong negotiation skills and portfolio quality focus are essential to succeed in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in Personal Loan (PL) Sales is mandatory.
• Proven track record handling ticket sizes of 2 Lakhs – 15 Lakhs.
• Hands-on experience selling high-yield / high-interest rate PL products.
• Strong network of DSAs, connectors, and local channels.
• Target-driven mindset with strong negotiation and closing skills.
