Job summary

Credit Saison India is seeking an experienced Sales Manager – Personal Loans to drive high-value, high-yield personal loan disbursements in Bengaluru. You will handle ticket sizes ranging from 2 Lakhs up to 15 Lakhs and close high-interest rate PL products.

You will build and manage channel partners, DSAs, and local networks, ensuring end-to-end processing from lead generation to final disbursement while maintaining portfolio quality through early credit screening and profile verification.

Qualifications

• Experience in Personal Loan (PL) sales is mandatory.
• Ticket sizes of 2 Lakhs – 15 Lakhs must be handled.
• Experience selling high-yield/high-interest PL products.
• Strong network of DSAs and local channels.
• Target-driven with negotiation and closing skills.
