Role Overview

We need a Senior Sales Manager with 7–12 years of packaging/printing industry sales experience. The role requires a hunter + closer who can acquire new clients, manage CXO relationships, and deliver consistent revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire and grow large B2B clients in jewellery, cosmetics, apparel, electronics, FMCG
• Manage full sales cycle: prospecting to closure
• Build strong relationships with Founders, Directors, VP Marketing, and Purchase Heads
• Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets
• Provide forecasts, pipeline updates, and competitor insights

Requirements

• 5–7 years in the Printing & Packaging industry sales
• Experience selling rigid boxes, folding cartons, or premium packaging
• Ability to close ₹1 Cr+ annual client accounts
• Strong CXO-level network and proven negotiation skills
• Based in Bangalore or willing to relocate | Open to travel

Compensation

Up to ₹12 LPA + high performance incentives
