Job summary

Deutsche Bank AG in New Delhi, India is seeking a results-driven professional to drive new business acquisition through the open market. You will leverage a strong DSA network (targeting 10+ DSAs) and actively participate in DSA empanelment and management to expand the bank’s footprint.

The role requires solid product and policy knowledge, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and market awareness to stay ahead of competition.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of product and policy is essential.

• Acquire new business through open market channels.

Your key responsibilities

• Responsible for new business acquisition through open market.
• Should have a strong network of DSA's in the market - Atleast 10 DSA's with whom files are discussed on a regular basis.
• Strong at DSA management and new DSA empanelment.

Your skills and experience

• In-depth knowledge of Product and Policy
• Having Good Communication skill
• Having good negotiation skill
• Have and understood the market update and knowledge.
• Having awareness and information about the competition

Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs.
