• Graduate in any discipline.
• 26 years of experience in Business Loans / Micro Business Loans / MSME / SME / LAP sales.
• Experience in DSA / DST / Channel Sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and achieve monthly targets for Business Loan / Micro Business Loan / MSME Loan.
• Develop and manage relationships with DSA, DST, channel partners and dealer networks.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand sourcing channels.
• Drive customer acquisition through market visits and channel sourcing.
• Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to loan disbursement.
• Coordinate with Credit, Operations and other internal teams for smooth processing.
• Ensure quality sourcing, proper documentation and timely login/disbursement.
• Monitor daily sales activity, pipeline and conversion ratios.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and channel partners.
• Track competitor activities and market trends to generate new business opportunities.
