Hindco Recruitment Consultants is seeking a proactive sales professional to identify and acquire new clients for IT Staffing and Staff Augmentation. You will develop relationships with HR, Talent Acquisition, Procurement and business stakeholders to understand hiring needs and offer tailored workforce solutions.

You will generate business opportunities via networking, referrals, cold calling, email campaigns and market research, and you will build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve
