Job summary

Recrivio is seeking a Manager or Senior Manager with team lead experience for Insurance sales (Life, Health and Term). The role involves advising clients on health, life and term insurance and converting calls into sales while leading a team of advisors and owning the sales target.

You will mentor and coach advisors, focus on honest guidance, and drive consistent monthly conversions, with uncapped incentives and team overrides. Fluency in Hindi and English is required.

THE ROLE

Someone with prior experience advising people on health, life and term insurance, and converting calls into sales who can now lead a team, manage advisors and own the sales target.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

• Advise honestly, across health, life and term. Make sure every advisor understands the family, the budget and the gaps before recommending cover the fit, not the plan that pays most.
• Carry the team's number. Own your pod's pipeline and conversion, and hit the monthly target month after month, not just your own book.

WHO YOU ARE

• 6-10 years advising on health, life and term insurance, with a clear record of hitting sales targets consistently.
• Experience managing or mentoring a team of advisors, ideally in insurance or a comparable high-velocity sales environment.
• A natural coach. You listen first, diagnose why a call didn't convert, and can fix it without taking over the advisor's voice.
• Strong on the phone yourself. Fluent in Hindi and English, comfortable jumping onto a call and closing it when it matters. Driven by earnings and by building. Uncapped incentives and a teamoverride matter to you, and so does building advisors who become genuinely great at this craft.
• Bonus: IRDAI certification, or fintech / high-velocity consumer sales leadership experience. We'll get you certified if you don't have it
