Job summary

Abacus Consultants in Mumbai is seeking a results-driven Sales Leader to drive direct channel Home Loan and Affordable Housing sales, lead a team of Sales Officers, and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.

You will build and maintain relationships with builders, brokers, connectors and DSAs, monitor leads and approvals, and focus on portfolio quality while identifying new business opportunities in a fast-growing market.

Responsibilities

• Drive Home Loan / Affordable Housing business through direct sourcing channels
• Manage builder, broker, connector and DSA relationships for business generation
• Guide and support Sales Officers to achieve branch sales targets
• Monitor lead generation, login, sanction and disbursement processes
• Coordinate with Credit, Operations and Risk teams for smooth processing and faster TAT
• Ensure portfolio quality and control delinquency / NPA
• Resolve customer queries and maintain strong customer relationships
• Track market trends, competition and business opportunities
• Drive cross-selling of financial products
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports and sales performance data
