Uberlife Consulting in Bengaluru seeks a seasoned B2B sales professional to lead end-to-end packaging solutions for E-commerce and D2C clients. You will drive new business, manage large accounts, and negotiate contracts for protective packaging, courier bags, tapes, labels, and corrugated materials.
The role requires a deep understanding of e-commerce packaging requirements, strong networking and negotiation skills, and the ability to own the customer relationship from prospecting to closure,
The role will focus on acquiring and managing large E-commerce and D2C customers and providing end-to-end packaging solutions including protective packaging, courier bags, mailers, tapes, labels, corrugated packaging, stretch films, and other Packtech consumables.
The candidate will be responsible for new business development, key account management, commercial negotiations, supplier coordination, and end-to-end ownership of the customer relationship and sales cycle. Responsibilities 1. Sales & Business Development Drive revenue and volume growth through acquisition of B2B customers in the E-commerce, Quick Commerce, D2C, Retail, FMCG, and Logistics sectors. Identify and develop new business opportunities with leading E-commerce platforms and high-growth D2C brands. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, referrals, market mapping, and customer meetings. Understand customer packaging requirements and propose suitable, cost-effective and scalable solutions. Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and requirement gathering to quotation, negotiation, contracting, and closure. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales, revenue, volume, and margin targets.
5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in E-commerce packaging, Packtech, flexible packaging, industrial packaging, or packaging consumables. Experience handling customers in E-commerce, Quick Commerce, D2C, Retail, FMCG, Logistics, or Warehousing is highly preferred. Strong understanding of E-commerce packaging requirements and Packtech products.
