Experience: 5+ years in Building Materials (AAC Block, ALC Wall Panel, etc.)

Required experience in Building Materials such as Bison Panel, Fiber Cement Board, Gypsum Board, Sandwich Panels, Boards, Tile Adhesive, Putty, Block Fix, Marble, Granite, Stone, Pipes, Ceramic.

Job Summary:

As a Sales Manager, you will travel to various locations to promote and sell products to targeted customers and existing clients. You will actively engage with potential clients, maximize sales opportunities, and foster strong customer relationships.

Job Duties:

1. Focus on selling products and services to potential customers in a designated region.
2. Travel to find new construction sites and meet site engineers, contractors, consultants, architects, dealers, builders, and distributors.
3. Contact clients and prospects to understand their needs and present products.
4. Conduct price negotiations to reach favorable agreements for both parties.
5. Stay informed about industry trends, including product prices and demand.
6. Set and achieve sales targets to contribute to business growth.
