Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a team of Sales Executives.
• Generating Home Loan/LAP Loans/Vehicle Loans(Any one Product experience) leads through open markets and various channels to achieve team targets.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and channel partners (Builders, DSAs, etc.).
• Planning and executing sales activities and loan events in coordination with the Cluster Head.
• Handling product queries and service-related issues.
• Providing in-house and field training to team members.
• Ensuring lead follow-up and maximum conversion until loan disbursement.
• Mentoring and guiding the team to achieve revenue and business targets.
• Managing client relationships, negotiations, and high-value mandates.
• Ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
• Monitoring team performance as per organizational guidelines.

Qualification & Experience

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant team-handling experience.

Maximum Age: 45 years as on 01.01.2026.
