Job summary

Rekruit Desk in Vasai/Mumbai seeks a Manager/Senior Manager Project Sales with 5–12 years of experience in LED lighting and related sectors.

Responsibilities include developing new business in project sales across private, government, and infrastructure sectors, driving tender activity, and achieving monthly/quarterly targets while coordinating with Production, Logistics, Technical and Finance teams.

MBA preferred; graduates/engineers encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Experience in project-based B2B sales.
• Strong LED lighting product knowledge.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage long sales cycles and high-value projects.
• Working knowledge of tenders and government procurement processes.

• Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and project updates.
