Role Description The Sales Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Surat. The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities for lending products such as SME loans, LAP, Property puchase, LRD, Builder funding, Daily activities include generating leads, meeting prospective and existing clients, understanding their financing requirements, and recommending suitable products. The role involves managing the sales pipeline, achieving assigned sales targets, coordinating with credit and operations teams for smooth loan processing, and maintaining strong, long-term customer relationships. The Sales Manager will also analyze market trends, participate in local business networking, and provide regular sales reports and forecasts to leadership.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and business development skills, with experience in financial products or lending services.
• Ability to build and manage client relationships, including channels engagement and customer service.
• Solid understanding of credit, lending processes, and basic financial analysis, preferably within NBFC or banking.
• Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and presentation, with effective documentation and reporting abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets in financial services, preferably in SME lending, LAP, or similar products.
• Comfort working on-site in Surat, Vapi, with willingness to travel locally for client meetings and market development.
• Working knowledge of MS Office and CRM or sales management tools.
