Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in sales of UPS/SOLAR inverter products or related solutions.
• Proven ability to close deals and track record of sales success.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across written, verbal, email, and presentations.
• Team player with adaptability to a competitive market and industry tech awareness.

Responsibilities

• Performs sales activities on major accounts and negotiates pricing with guidance from the Business Manager.
• Identifies potential customers, understands requirements, and provides product, technical and engineering information.
• Establishes new customers by identifying prospects and planning sales call schedules.
• Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly, and monthly sales revenues.

Role & responsibilities

• Performs sales activities on major accounts and negotiates sales price and discounts in consultation with Business Manager.
• Identifying the potential customers to understand requirements & Providing product, technical and engineering information.
• Establish new Customers by identifying potential customers; planning and organizing sales call schedule.
• Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly, and monthly Sales revenues.

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 4-8 years of experience into Sales of UPS/SOLAR Inverter /Battery Charger related Product /solution with Proven success in sales ability and demonstrable full knowledge of the sales process.
• Confident negotiator and ability to close the deal’
• Capable of hands-on problem solving, with ability to generate ideas and solutions
• Must be a Team player and adaptive to the competitive market environment.
• Fully aware of the contemporary, evolving technologies in Industry.
• Strong communication & Interpersonal skills in all forms including written, oral, email, telephone, and presentation
• Shall be assertive and persuasive
