Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Branch Operations, Client Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in achieving sales targets and managing a sales team.
• MBA in Marketing, Sales or Business Administration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual branch sales and revenue targets.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to booking closure.
• Handle key client consultations and convert qualified leads into bookings.
• Lead, train, mentor, and motivate the branch sales team to achieve targets.
• Monitor sales pipeline, follow-ups, conversion ratios, and CRM usage.
• Develop new business through referrals, partnerships, networking, and local opportunities.
• Build strong client relationships and ensure premium customer experience.
• Coordinate with operations post-booking for smooth execution.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Branch Sales Manager to lead the sales operations. The role will be responsible for driving branch revenue, managing the sales team, converting leads into confirmed bookings, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring a consistently high level of client experience.

The ideal candidate should be a strong sales leader with excellent communication, negotiation, client-handling, and team-management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual branch sales and revenue targets.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to consultation, negotiation, and booking closure.
• Handle key client consultations and convert qualified leads into confirmed bookings.
• Lead, train, mentor, and motivate the branch sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
• Monitor sales pipeline, lead follow-ups, conversion ratios, revenue, and other key performance metrics.
• Develop new business through referrals, partnerships, networking, corporate tie-ups, and local market opportunities.
• Build strong client relationships and ensure a premium customer experience.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling photography, cinematography, albums, and other services.
• Ensure timely follow-up and closure of all sales enquiries.
• Maintain accurate sales records and ensure effective CRM usage.
• Coordinate with operations and production teams to ensure smooth project execution after booking.
• Prepare and present regular branch sales and performance reports to management.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, sales processes, pricing guidelines, and operational standards.

Candidate Profile

• 3-6 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Branch Operations, Client Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in achieving sales targets and managing a sales team.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent client-handling and relationship-management abilities.
• Highly target-oriented, proactive, and results-driven.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment.
• Experience in wedding photography, events, hospitality, luxury retail, travel, or other service industries will be an added advantage.

Qualification

• Any Graduate.
