Responsibilities

• Generate leads and qualify opportunities for wedding, maternity, newborn, corporate shoots, and brand films.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients; manage inquiries from initial contact to booking.
• Present packages, tailor solutions to client needs, and close sales.
• Conduct client meetings and site visits as needed; collaborate with the Sales Team to hit targets.
• Ensure all interactions reflect Magic Motion Media's service standards and client experience.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Thrippunithura, Kerala. The Sales Executive is responsible for driving business growth by generating leads, building strong client relationships, and converting enquiries into successful bookings. This role involves understanding client requirements, recommending suitable photography and cinematography packages, conducting client meetings, and ensuring every interaction reflects the service standards of Magic Motion Media. The Sales Executive will work closely with the Sales Team to achieve assigned sales targets while delivering an exceptional client experience.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in lead generation, prospecting, and pipeline management.
• Proficiency in client communication, presentation, and negotiation to build trust and close sales
• Experience in relationship management, account servicing, and customer retention strategies
• Ability to use basic CRM tools, office productivity software, and online communication platforms
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English; additional local language skills are beneficial
• Proven ability to work toward sales targets, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Willingness to work on-site in Ernakulam, conduct client visits, and attend events or meetings as required
