ICICI Lombard Group in Indore, India, seeks leaders to recruit and train a sales team for insurance policies, while maintaining strong relationships with clients and agents. The role drives PMS targets through intermediaries and oversees licensing and activation of agents.

You will also deliver regular product and process training to leadership and agents, and resolve issues promptly. Regular meetings with agents and intermediaries are required, with thorough record-keeping to support planning

Responsabilidades

• Recruiting Leaders and providing regular training for selling insurance policies
• Achieving the targets assigned and maintaining sound relations with the clients and agents
• Achieving assigned PMS target through intermediaries mapped
• Licensing, tracking and activation of the agents
• Maintaining sound relationships with the leaders and provide regular product and process training to them
• Playing the role of a problem solver and actively resolve issues and queries
• Hold regular meetings with agents, Lead Providers, intermediaries on a regular basis and maintaining records of the same in a planned and systematic manner
