Job summary

Bonito Designs is seeking a Sales Manager- Channel Sourcing to drive channel sales across our partner network, winning, maintaining, and expanding relationships with real estate developers and related partners.

You will identify channel partners, establish productive relationships, coordinate with support and management resources to meet performance targets, and lead joint planning to align objectives and milestones.

• Real estate, developer work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Identify real estate channel partner according to business needs.
• Establish productive relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts.
• Coordinate involvement of company personnel to meet partner performance objectives and expectations.
• Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in partner accounts.
• Lead joint partner planning to develop mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and milestones.
• Assess, clarify, and validate partner needs on an ongoing basis.
• Sell through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources.
• Manage channel conflicts with other sales channels by clear communication and adherence to rules.
• Lead solution development to address end-user needs with necessary teams.
• Ensure partner compliance with agreements.
• Drive adoption of company programs among assigned partners.

About the Role: Channel Sales for winning, maintaining, and expanding all our partner relationships. Your role will include supporting the companys ongoing sales and growth opportunities by providing channel sales support to a region or portfolio of assigned partners or customers.

Responsibilities

• Identify Real Estate Channel Partner according to the business requirements
• Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts.
• Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners’ expectations
• Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts.
• Proactively leads a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship.
• Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates partner needs on an ongoing basis.
• Sells through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources.
• Manages potential channel conflict with other firm sales channels by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement.
• Leads solution development efforts that best address end-user needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company and partner personnel.
• Ensures partner compliance with partner agreements.
• Drives adoption of company programs among assigned partner

Experience & Education Required:

Real Estate, Developer work Experience and Degree is Required
