Job summary

I SOL TECH ENGINE in Chennai seeks an experienced sales and application engineer to drive growth in industrial adhesives, sealants and tapes. You will target new customers, develop applications and manage transactions between principal brands and customers.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of relevant experience, a passion for travel and building strong customer relationships, and strong MS Office skills. You will lead a small team and work independently to achieve sustainable sales success.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of sales and application engineering experience in industrial adhesives, sealants, tapes or similar industrial products.
• Experience in industrial consumable products is also acceptable.
• Willingness to travel and build relationships with various industrial customers.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and develop new customers and applications.

Role & responsibilities

Responsible for achieving sales targets , development of new customers & new applications. Should be able to handle customers independently and manage the transactions smoothly between Principal brands and customers . Should be a leader who can independently build a team of sales professionals for achieving sustainable growth.

Preferred candidate profile

The candidate must have 5 to 8 years of sales and application engineering experience of industrial adhesives , sealants, adhesive tapes and similar industrial products. Other sales professionals who posses experience in industrial consumable products can also apply.

The person must have passion for sales, travel, meeting different industrial customers and a flair for communication and relationship and network building to be successful in carrying out his responsibilities.

Communication and interpersonal skills along with knowledge in computer usages like MS Office, E mails, PPTs and other AI tools is a must to be efficient in discharging his responsibilities .
