Job summary

MAS Financial Services Limited, a RBI-registered NBFC and listed company, is seeking a Sales Manager for Prime LAP to drive growth across designated territories. You will source Prime LAP customers through Direct Sales, DSAs, connectors, and referral partners, building strong channel relationships and achieving revenue targets.

The role requires deep knowledge of Prime LAP/ Mortgage lending, a strong network with partners, and a proven ability to manage end-to-end loan processes while ensuring

Qualifications

• 25 years of experience in Prime LAP, Mortgage or Secured Lending.

Responsibilities

• Drive business growth by sourcing Prime LAP customers through Direct Sales, DSAs, Connectors, and Referral Partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to generate quality business.
• Achieve monthly login, sanction, disbursement, and revenue targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence in the assigned territory.
• Coordinate with Credit, Legal, Technical, FI, and Operations teams for smooth loan processing and timely disbursement.
• Ensure high-quality sourcing while maintaining portfolio health and minimizing delinquencies.
• Conduct market mapping, competitor analysis, and customer visits to strengthen business development.
• Deliver excellent pre- and post-sales customer service.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and internal processes.
