BFSI Connect is seeking a driven individual for the secured lending segment in Bhavnagar. In this role, you will focus on achieving sales targets for Loan Against Property (LAP) by managing relationships with clients, channel partners, and real estate stakeholders.

The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in sales and hold a graduate degree, preferably an MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Finance. Strong knowledge in customer relationship management and compliance is essential.

• Monitor and control early delinquency (EDA) and collections for own sourced cases.
• Identify new business opportunities and strengthen sales pipeline.
• Conduct field activities including client meetings, lead generation, and closures.
• Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with developers and channel partners.
