Job summary

The UrbanIndia is seeking a field sales professional in Jaipur to drive new business through field visits, local market outreach, and referrals. You will build strong customer relationships and promote gold loan products, educating customers on features and eligibility.

You will assist with documentation, coordinate with branch teams, and work toward monthly sales and disbursement targets while ensuring compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in field sales, preferably in NBFC.
• Graduation preferred (not mandatory depending on experience).
• Strong understanding of local market and customer acquisition.
