Job summary

The UrbanIndia is seeking a result-driven Field Sales Executive to drive new business in Coimbatore and surrounding areas. You will build relationships with customers, promote gold loan products, assist with documentation, and coordinate with branch teams to process loans.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in field sales (NBFC preferred), a strong understanding of the local market, and a willingness to travel to achieve monthly targets in a target-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in field sales, preferably in NBFC.
• Graduation preferred (not mandatory depending on experience).
• Strong understanding of local market and customer acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through field visits, local market outreach, and customer referrals.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
