Qualifications

Role Summary:

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth in the assigned region, building and managing a strong customer pipeline, nurturing key accounts, and leading a team of sales executives. This role requires a strong understanding of silicone/polymer product applications, B2B industrial sales cycles, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the regional sales strategy to achieve revenue and volume targets for Cedrus Silicone's product range.
• Identify, prospect, and onboard new customers across target industries (automotive, electricals, healthcare, construction, consumer goods, etc.).
• Manage and grow relationships with existing key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the technical/R&D team to propose suitable silicone product solutions.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, quotations, and proposals to prospective clients.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms in line with company policy and profitability targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and CRM records.
• Collaborate with production, logistics, and quality teams to ensure timely order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
• Lead, mentor, and monitor performance of the regional sales team, if applicable.
