Job summary

Design Cafe is seeking a Sales Manager (Individual Contributor) for its MG ROAD & Kanakapura Center in Bengaluru. The role offers a maximum budget of 5–7 LPA and requires 3+ years in inside sales or related fields.

Ideal candidates will have experience in managing customer relationships and achieving sales targets alongside interiors designers. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, with a Graduate degree in any stream and familiarity with B2C sales.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any stream (10+2+3 regular education).
• Minimum experience: 3+ years in inside sales or similar.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• If you come from Interior Design Firms, Real Estate, Ed tech, Retail, Automotive.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Build pipeline and build strong relationships with prospects
• Own the experience we give every prospective customer from the first time they interact with us
• Responsible for achieving sales targets by working with a talented group of interiors designers
• Provide world-class customer experience by extending passion and commitment for serving customers
• The ideal candidate for this role will come with past experience in managing relationships with customers and running a sales team, with clear sales targets
• Candidates should come with a proven track record of taking ownership, understanding customer pain-points, driving results and moving with speed to implement ideas in a fast-paced environment.
• Should be effective communicators who can work effortlessly with customers, colleagues, business partners and vendors, alike

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• 2 to 3 years of prior experience in B2C Sales hitting minimum monthly targets .
• Strong listening and presentation skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
