Job summary

Design Cafe is hiring a Sales Manager (Individual contributor) for its Ranchi Store to build pipeline and foster strong relationships with prospects in order to achieve sales targets.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of inside sales or similar experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage relationships with customers, vendors, and partners in a fast-paced retail/interiors environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• 2 to 3 years of prior experience in B2C sales hitting minimum monthly targets.
• Minimum experience - 3 plus years in inside sales or similar.

Responsibilities

• Own the experience we give every prospective customer from the first time they interact with us.
• Responsible for achieving sales targets by working with a talented group of interiors designers.
