Job summary

Hirve in Bengaluru is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a team of banking sales professionals and drive branch performance in the home loan space.

You will build strong client relationships, negotiate deals, and execute strategies to grow business through home loans, LAP, and mortgage products.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years in banking/finance with excellent communication and the ability to work independently to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in banking or finance industry with expertise in home loans, loan against property, mortgage loans, etc.
• Strong understanding of financial products such as housing loans, LAP (Loan Against Property), mortgage loans, etc.
• Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and negotiation.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
