Job summary

Skillventory is seeking a Sales Manager for Home Loan to lead sales through DSA/DST and open-market channels. The role involves building a robust DSA network, guiding a team of Relationship Managers and Sales Executives, and driving monthly targets for loan sourcing and disbursement.

You will develop partnerships with channel partners and customers, oversee end-to-end processing, and monitor productivity. Strong knowledge of Home Loan products and local market expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in Home Loan sales within Banks, NBFCs or Housing Finance Companies.
• Experience in DSA/DST channel management.
• Strong team handling and leadership skills.
• Good knowledge of Home Loan products, documentation and disbursement processes.
• Strong local market knowledge and relationship-building skills.
