Job summary

The Muthoot Group is hiring for an on-ground loan sales role in Odisha. You will lead a small team, identify eligible customers from the existing database, and offer personal loan products to drive growth.

You will contact customers through calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings, explain loan benefits, assess needs, and guide them through the application while ensuring documentation is complete. Strong regional language communication is essential.
