Role Description

The Sales Intern will support daily sales activities by engaging with prospective candidates, explaining Jet Set Jobs’ programs, and answering inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms. This full-time, on-site role in Delhi, India involves assisting with lead generation, maintaining candidate databases, and following up on leads to guide applicants through initial stages of the enrollment process. The Sales Intern will collaborate closely with the sales and training teams to understand program details, schedule consultations, and help organize information sessions and outreach campaigns. The role also includes basic reporting on sales activities, supporting customer service interactions, and contributing ideas to improve candidate experience and conversion.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with prospective applicants and respond to queries clearly and professionally.


• Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management-related skills, including lead handling, follow-up discipline, and basic pipeline tracking.


• Candidates should possess Training-related skills or interest in learning program details and explaining them accurately to potential candidates.


• Basic proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace and comfort working with CRM tools or databases.


• Ability to work on-site in Delhi, India with a structured, detail-oriented approach and a focus on results.


• Strong interpersonal skills, integrity, and a willingness to learn about international education and placement processes.


• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
