The role involves driving strategic growth, strengthening market presence, managing key accounts, and leading a high-performing sales team across the country. The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to textile machinery sales, deep industry connections, and proven success in achieving aggressive revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Business Growth
- Develop and implement pan-India sales strategies aligned with business objectives
- Drive revenue growth and market expansion across textile clusters
- Identify new business opportunities, market segments, and distribution channels
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
Key Account Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with textile mills, garment manufacturers, and printing units
- Handle strategic and high-value client accounts
- Lead negotiations and close large-scale business deals
Team Leadership & Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage regional sales teams
- Set performance targets and monitor sales KPIs
- Conduct regular training and performance reviews
Market Development
