Qualifications

• 8-10 years of proven sales experience with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role
• Experience in managing channel partners and telesales teams
• Background in art craft, handicraft, home décor or jewelry industry preferred
• Bachelor's degree is required; MBA/PG in Sales preferred
• Willingness to travel across India

• Channel & Distributor Growth: Build and expand our network of distributors, dealers, and retail channels across the nation.
• Team Leadership: Lead, train, and mentor an internal team of telesales executives to drive daily outreach and conversions.
• Target Achievement: Own and deliver ambitious regional and national revenue targets.
• Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities and scale market share in the art craft and luxury segments.
• National Travel: Travel frequently across India to manage partner relationships and close key deals.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience: 8-10 years of proven sales experience with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role managing channel partners and tele sales teams.
• Background: Prior experience in the art craft, handicraft, home dcor, or jewelry industry is strongly preferred.
• Education: Bachelor's degree is required; a Master's degree or MBA in Sales/Marketing from a reputed institute is highly preferred.
• Mobility: Open and willing to travel extensively across India.
• Skills: Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills with a data-driven approach to sales.
