NoBroker.com is seeking a Sales Expert L-1 to drive opportunities and close sales in a Pan-India work-from-home setup. You will identify prospects, build relationships and convert leads while maintaining high service standards.

The role requires strong communication, Excel/Word proficiency, and the ability to work a 9-hour login window within a six-day week. Training will be provided to cover end-to-end processes.

Qualifications

• Education range includes 10th, 12th, diploma, graduates or post-graduates.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Good interpersonal, numerical and analytical ability.
• Decision making skills.
• Language: English, Hindi, Kannada or English, Hindi, Telegu or English, Kannada, Tamil.
• Proficient in MS-Office (Excel, Word).
• Flexible for day shift (9-hour login between 8 AM - 10 PM).
• Willingness to work 6 days a week with weekday off.
• Laptop with webcam, good internet, and power backup.

• Outbound calling on data from lead generation activities.
• Daily follow-ups on older leads and work on new leads.
• Maintains quality service by enforcing organization standards.
• Be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to close sales deals.
• Training will be provided for initial days to understand end-to-end process.
