Role Description

The Sales Expert role is a full-time, on-site position based in Surat. The Sales Expert will greet customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable mobile phones and accessories while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor. Daily tasks include demonstrating product features, explaining pricing and offers, processing sales and returns, and ensuring the store displays and inventory are well organized. The role also involves handling customer inquiries, resolving basic service issues, and helping create a positive in-store experience that encourages repeat business. The Sales Expert will collaborate with team members to meet sales targets, follow store policies, and stay updated on new products and market trends.

Qualifications

• Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Service and Customer Experience.
• Proven Retail Sales and Sales abilities in a store or similar environment.
• Clear and confident Communication skills for interacting with diverse customers.
• Basic understanding of mobile phones, accessories, and current market trends.
• Ability to work full time on-site in Navsari, including weekends and peak hours as needed.
• Attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach to meeting sales goals.
• Previous experience in mobile retail or electronics sales is an advantage.
• Minimum high school education or equivalent; additional sales or retail training is beneficial.
