About the Role: IDFC FIRST Bank is looking for dynamic, goal-oriented professionals to join our team as an Associate - Outbound Voice Process. This is a full‑time, permanent career opportunity focused on a consultative, customer‑first approach to banking sales, lead generation, activation, and retention. This critical recruitment drive is being managed by Hinduja Global Solutions (HGS)—a global leader in business process management and digital transformation with over 18,000 professionals across 9 countries. Employment Terms & Career Path: To ensure high‑quality training, onboarding, and operational grounding, selected candidates will be placed on‑roll with HGS for the first year. This is a direct corporate placement and is strictly NOT a contractual position. Upon successful completion of one year, a planned transition to IDFC FIRST Bank’s direct corporate payroll will take place, strictly based on individual performance and merit.

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Outbound Sales: Initiate outbound calls to prospective and existing clients using qualified databases. Pitch, promote, and sell top‑tier financial products, including Credit Cards, Personal/Business Loans, and Insurance solutions, by identifying customer needs.
• Consultative Selling: Adopt a customer‑centric, ethical, and consultative approach to sales rather than a hard‑selling script. Understand customer financial portfolios and align the bank’s innovative solutions to match their specific requirements.
• Inbound Query Resolution: Efficiently manage incoming customer inquiries stemming from marketing campaigns. Provide transparent, comprehensive, and accurate product details while delivering exceptional service to convert inquiries into active accounts.
• Activation & Retention Management: Execute dedicated campaigns aimed at activating newly issued products (e.g., helping a client make their first transaction on a new credit card). Implement strategic retention techniques to prevent customer churn and win back dormant accounts.
• Market Insights & Feedback: Document customer objections, market trends, and competitive offerings during daily interactions. Collaborate closely with team leaders and product divisions to share actionable feedback to improve sales scripts and product structures.
• Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure all communications over the phone strictly adhere to the regulatory frameworks, banking ethics, and internal compliance guidelines set by IDFC FIRST Bank and HGS.
