Job summary

Hinduja Global Solutions (HGS) is looking for candidates for the Outbound Sales Process for Bank in Thane, India. The role involves conducting outbound calls to generate leads, addressing queries about banking services, and promoting banking products. A graduation degree is mandatory, and freshers as well as candidates with experience in BPO or customer service are encouraged to apply. • Manage retention process by engaging with existing customers, resolving concerns, and offering relevant upgrades or benefits to enhance loyalty.

Working Hours
