HIMSON ENGINEERING PVT. LTD. is seeking a Sales Executive to drive the end-to-end sales cycle for our textile machinery portfolio, including Draw Texturing (DTY), Air Texturing (ATY), and Precision Winders.

You will expand our market footprint within India’s textile clusters and globally. Responsibilities include business development, technical pitching, and commercial negotiations, with regular travel to client sites and industrial clusters to grow the business and build strong client

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of hands-on textile machinery sales or marketing experience.
• Experience with yarn processing machinery is a major plus.

Responsibilities

• Technical Pitching: Conduct product presentations and tailor high-value machinery solutions to client needs.
• Commercial Negotiation: Manage discussions, prepare quotations, and secure capital machinery orders.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor textile industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Design and After-Sales Service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving the end-to-end sales cycle for our world-class machinery portfolio, including our pioneering Draw Texturing (DTY), Air Texturing (ATY), and Precision Winders. You will play a vital role in expanding our market footprint both within India's prominent textile clusters and globally.

• Business Development: Identify and build strong relationships with textile manufacturers, spinners, and mills to drive growth.
• Technical Pitching: Conduct product presentations and consultatively pitch high-value machinery solutions tailored to client production needs.
• Commercial Negotiation: Manage commercial discussions, prepare accurate technical quotations, and secure capital machinery orders.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor textile industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to identify new opportunities.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with our state-of-the-art Design and After-Sales Service teams to ensure unmatched customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 5 to 8 years of extensive hands-on experience specifically in Textile Machinery sales or marketing. (Experience with yarn processing machinery is a major plus!)
• Education: Graduate preferred with a B.Tech / B.E. in Textile Engineering or a Diploma in Textile Engineering/Technology.
• Skills: Strong understanding of textile manufacturing processes, machinery mechanisms, excellent B2B negotiation capabilities, and sharp relationship-building skills.
• Travel: Willingness to regularly travel to client sites and industrial textile clusters
