Job summary

A leading medical equipment company is looking for a Sales Executive based in Madurai, Tamil Nadu. The successful candidate will be responsible for demand generation of surgical products and meeting growth targets. A BSc in Pharma is required, and the candidate should be capable of liaising with dealers to manage supply chains effectively. This full-time role is ideal for recent graduates slated to finish their studies in 2025.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for demand generation of surgical products through customer visits.

• Collect competitor information and pass it to the Area manager.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for demand generation of all Aurolab surgical products from the list of customers assigned and the region allocated. This shall be achieved through regular visits, maintaining good rapport, and display good knowledge of procedure and product.
• Responsible to meet the growth targets as assigned by the organisation.
• Implementing the sales process completely without deviation.
• Liaise with dealers to ensure smooth supply chain and correct data entry for his region.
• Implementation of product strategies / activities without any deviation to ensure desired results. Collect competitor information and happenings and pass it on to Area manager.
• Maintain doctor call list and update customer database at regular intervals.
• Maintain customer 360 file for ensuring target focus, performance and achievements.
• Be always presentable and in formal attire as directed by the organisation.
• Ensure being updated with technical knowledge.
