Job summary

Simfy Infracon in Hyderabad is seeking a field sales professional to drive Passive Fire Protection system sales across South India. The role requires building relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors, and delivering product presentations and negotiations.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of sales experience in Fire protection systems, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a willingness to travel. Bike ownership is preferred for frequent site visits.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Engineering, Business, or related field with at least 3 years of sales experience in Fire Alarm, Public Address (FAPA), or Passive Fire Protection systems.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales of Passive Fire Protection systems across assigned territories.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
• Identify and build relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and negotiations.
• Travel across South India for business development (Bangalore, Chennai, Kerala).
• Monitor competitor activities and share market feedback with management.
• Ensure timely project coordination and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare sales forecasts and periodic performance reports.

Preferred candidate profile

Should have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, strong communication and negotiation skills, good customer relationship management, and sound market knowledge. Must own a bike and be willing to travel across South India as required.
