Opalspace is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing Painting Services segment. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in paint sales, excellent communication skills, and in-depth knowledge of paint applications such as waterproofing, wood coating, interior/exterior painting, texture painting, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify leads and convert them into residential painting projects.
• Conduct site visits, assess client requirements, and offer tailored paint service solutions.
• Educate customers on various painting services – waterproofing, wood coating, texture work, etc.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Coordinate with operations teams for smooth project execution.
• Stay updated on industry trends, products, and competitors.

Key Requirements:

• 2 to 5 years of experience in paint sales or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of painting solutions, products, and application techniques.
• Excellent verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented with a customer-first attitude.
• Ability to handle client meetings independently and manage end-to-end sales cycles.
• Experience working in the Noida/Delhi NCR market is preferred.
