Job summary

Make Your Own Perfume (MYOP) LLP in Jaipur, India, is seeking a Retail Sales Associate for a full-time, on-site role at Pacific Mall. The position focuses on achieving monthly and daily targets, delivering high customer satisfaction, and upholding store SOPs and etiquette.

You will develop and display promotional material, assist customers in choosing perfumes, and support stock planning with HO. Fresh graduates are welcome; multilingual communicators are valued.

Qualifications

• Preferably graduates with 2 years retail sales experience in B2C brands.
• Freshers can apply.
• Excellent communication skills and passion for sales.
• Candidates must be able to communicate in multiple languages.

Responsibilities

• Work towards monthly and daily targets.
• Ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
• Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays.
• Adhere to SOP at store and store etiquette.
• Complete trainings within defined timeline.
• Invite customers to outlet and present MYOP concept.
• Demonstrate and present products to customers.
• Assist customers in identifying the right perfume.
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising.
• Prepare DSr and daily checklists.
• Place stock requests to HO and validate/receive stock.
• Handle, resolve customer complaints and escalate when required.
