Job summary

Make Your Own Perfume (MYOP) LLP in Bengaluru is seeking an energetic retail sales associate to drive monthly and daily targets while delivering exceptional customer service. You will develop in-store promotions, maintain merchandising standards, and assist customers in selecting the right perfume.

The role requires excellent communication, a passion for sales, and the ability to communicate in multiple languages. Freshers may apply; graduates with 2 years of retail experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work towards monthly and daily targets.
• Ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
• Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays.
• Ensure adherence to SOP at store.
• Store etiquette and store timing adherence.
• Complete trainings within defined timelines.
• Invite customers to outlet and introduce them to MYOP concept.
• Demonstrate and present products to customers.
• Assist customers in identifying the right perfume.
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising.
• Complete daily checklists and DSRs.
• Place stock requests to HO and validate/receive stock.
• Handle and escalate customer complaints to CX department if needed.

Qualification
