Job summary

Make Your Own Perfume (MYOP) LLP is seeking candidates for full-time retail sales roles in Pune. You will work toward monthly and daily targets, help customers discover perfumes, demonstrate products, and maintain store displays and cleanliness.

Strong communication across languages is valued, with opportunities to train and engage customers in MYOP's concept. Freshers welcome; graduates with 2 years in retail are preferred.

Qualifications

• Preferably graduates with 2 year experience in retail sales.

• Completion of all trainings within the definedtimeline
• Invitingcustomer to outlet (Customer Approaching)
• Introducecustomer to the concept of MYOP.
• Demonstrating and presenting products
• Support the customer to identify the right perfume .
• Store cleanliness and merchandising .
• DSR and Daily checklists
• Placing stock request to HO
• Validating and receiving stock .
• Handling, resolving customer complaintsand escalating to Cx dept if required.
