Job summary

Constrosafe Solutions in Maharashtra seeks a dynamic Business Development professional to drive new opportunities, generate leads, and manage contractor relationships across building material trading segments.

The role involves field visits to job sites and client offices, strong Excel and presentation skills, and the ability to communicate via calls, emails and WhatsApp. Travel to Pune area is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Building Material and Construction Products trading of chemicals for waterproofing, tile adhesives, repair mortars, grouts, etc.
• Good understanding of Pune builders and contractors.
• Willing to travel to job sites and client offices for relationship building and exploring opportunities.
• Basic knowledge of Excel and presentations.
• Ability to communicate on calls, emails and WhatsApp.
• Valid two-wheeler license with two wheeler.
